Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Logistics Manager to own all site and project logistics planning and execution across Dublin. You will work closely with project, procurement and site teams to develop strategies that optimise material flow, minimise disruption and support the delivery of complex engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project logistics plans from pre‑construction through delivery.
• Coordinate movement, storage and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries aligned with project schedules.
• Manage site logistics including access, traffic management and material handling.
• Identify and mitigate logistical risks and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor logistics performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across all project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics management within construction or engineering environments.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Experience coordinating complex supply chains and site logistics.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑focused approach.
