Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Logistics Specialist (Project Specialist II) drives client‑focused events from concept through execution, ensuring hardware and network solutions are delivered on time and to specification. You will partner with product, marketing, and external agencies to support both consumer‑facing and developer community events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end event projects, managing schedules, budgets, and post‑event retrospectives.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors, and oversee on‑site logistics.
• Define project measurables, monitor progress, resolve issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare and troubleshoot devices, including software updates, flashing, and hardware diagnostics.
• Generate and communicate metrics to internal teams.
• Handle booking, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for events.
• Provide hands‑on support during peak periods, such as packing, transporting, and setting up equipment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Proven ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on‑site event support.
• Physical ability to perform office tasks, lift equipment, and move within event venues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Hardware troubleshooting and device flashing.
• Software update and configuration management.
• Project or program management involving internal and external parties.
