Maintenance Technician – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the day‑to‑day upkeep and presentation of our residential communities across multiple sites in Dublin, including the Canvas site. The role involves performing a variety of repairs, ensuring health‑and‑safety compliance and keeping the environment clean, safe and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance across apartments, communal areas, plant rooms and external spaces to a high standard.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly using the site’s electronic maintenance system.
• Perform basic plumbing, joinery, painting/decorating, minor electrical work and other handyman duties.
• Conduct regular health and safety checks, including fire alarm inspections and emergency lighting tests, in line with Irish regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to work across several sites and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Irish health and safety standards for residential properties.
