About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a forward‑thinking Manager of Data Visualization to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational effectiveness and business improvement. You will combine analytical expertise with a passion for process innovation to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that identify and address strategic issues influencing growth and profitability.
• Support research, analysis, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures aligned with long‑term objectives.
• Innovate and improve business processes to reduce costs, defects, and rework while maximizing quality.
• Conduct multifaceted data research and analysis to streamline business operations.
• Implement organization‑wide process improvements and champion best practices for sustainable change.
• Advocate for new methods that enhance product and service quality, boosting customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy and development, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic initiatives such as M&A.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to drive adoption of best practices.
