About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate at MSD's state‑of‑the‑art Biologics Drug Substance Single Use Commercialisation Facility in Dunboyne. This is an onsite, day‑shift position focused on delivering high‑quality biologics.

Key responsibilities

End‑to‑end production operations for both fed‑batch and continuous manufacturing.
Operate equipment according to electronic batch records, sampling plans and SOPs.
Maintain strict adherence to safety and GMP compliance.
Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary process team.

Required profile

Level 6 qualification in a science or engineering discipline (or equivalent).
At least 2 years of GMP manufacturing experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Familiarity with contamination control and batch release requirements.

Required skills

Emerson DeltaV control system.
PAS‑X manufacturing execution system.
SAP workflow knowledge.
Single‑use technologies in a manufacturing environment.
Upstream and downstream unit operations for mAb production.
