Manufacturing Operator

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to execute standard operating procedures for the production, inspection, and packaging of medical devices. The role is performed in a team environment on the shop floor, ensuring high‑quality output and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, package, and label medical device components according to SOPs.
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment to verify engineering specifications.
• Complete production records, maintenance logs, and final inspection documentation (DHR review).
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Perform finished‑goods inspection and ensure line clearance and 5‑pillars compliance.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate, Trade qualification, or equivalent education.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or machine environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Good communication skills and flexibility to work morning or evening shifts.
