Marketing Graduate Programme

About the role

Ryanair Labs, the technology arm of Europe’s largest airline group, is looking for a Marketing Graduate to help showcase its people, projects and innovations. You will own the marketing strategy for Ryanair Labs and work across internal and external channels to raise its profile.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content that highlights Ryanair Labs, its teams and technology.
• Produce short‑form video content for social media, career campaigns, events and internal communications.
• Film and edit videos using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Support planning and delivery of social media campaigns.
• Write copy for social posts, newsletters, blogs, career pages and internal updates.
• Develop employer‑branding material that showcases life at Ryanair Labs.
• Capture photo and video content at events, graduate initiatives and team activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather stories, interviews and project updates.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve how Ryanair Labs communicates its culture and technology work.
• Assist with event marketing for careers fairs, university events, internal showcases and tech meet‑ups.

Required profile

• Graduated with at least a 2.1 degree in Marketing or a related discipline, no earlier than 2024.
• Strong copywriting ability with adaptable tone of voice.
• Excellent visual sense for layout, branding and storytelling.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Confident working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to bring new ideas to the table.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a good sense of humour.
