Marketing Manager (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on B2B Marketing Manager to join Enea’s Global Marketing team in Dublin. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will translate strategic plans into well‑executed campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and customer advocacy across key segments and accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch customer‑focused campaigns for priority segments and accounts.
• Create and activate marketing assets such as opinion papers, e‑books, presentations, web content, social posts, advertising and award entries.
• Manage campaign delivery across events, trade shows, roadshows, webinars, sales‑enablement activities and digital channels.
• Support sales teams with account‑specific messaging, field‑marketing actions and post‑campaign follow‑up.
• Leverage market, customer and competitor insights to shape messaging and content.
• Plan, monitor and report on budgets, suppliers, timelines, outputs and results.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, internal stakeholders and regional teams to brief work, oversee delivery and evaluate performance.

Required profile

• Relevant third‑level qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately five years of B2B marketing, communications, campaign or field‑marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop campaign content and support creative, digital, event and sales‑enablement activities.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• Excellent project‑management skills, including planning, prioritisation and deadline management.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing drives pipeline and account engagement.
