Marketing Manager – Hospital Brand & Patient Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs for a new state‑of‑the‑art hospital. The role will shape the hospital’s brand, drive patient acquisition, and align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and patient intake.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and other media to promote services and specialties.
• Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar linked to hospital milestones and service launches.
• Monitor market trends, patient demographics and competitor activity to refine positioning.
• Oversee digital and social media efforts, including content creation, community management, SEO/SEM, website development, email marketing and online reputation.
• Manage public relations, media liaison, events, health camps and CSR activities to enhance community engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical departments, senior management and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Track ROI, analyze campaign performance and produce regular reports for leadership.
• Drive empanelment with TPAs, insurance schemes and government health programs, coordinating with billing and clinical teams.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
