About the role
We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a leading software development organization on a full‑time remote basis. The role blends deep legal expertise with technical problem‑solving to create tools and frameworks that streamline compliance and regulatory analysis for product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
- Design and develop technical frameworks that automate legal research and compliance workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to embed legal insights into product architecture.
- Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
- Proven experience in legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
