About the role

As a Member of Technical Staff in Research, you will act as the "PM of the model," shaping the next generation of model reasoning and intelligence. You will operate at the intersection of cutting‑edge research and real‑world execution, collaborating with top AI labs to push state‑of‑the‑art boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Drive foundational research and execution by architecting a core research agenda that discovers simple, generalizable ideas for model reasoning at scale.
• Own the full research‑to‑production lifecycle, ensuring rapid deployment of innovations into live systems.
• Partner with leading AI research teams to design, engineer, and iterate on high‑impact datasets and large‑scale benchmarking efforts.
• Develop model alignment and data strategies that enable frontier projects across diverse domains such as chemical engineering and legal logic.
• Collaborate with top‑tier researchers to translate breakthroughs into production‑ready solutions.
