Microsoft 365 Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to design, build and maintain low‑code solutions and automation workflows that streamline identity, licensing and system operations across our enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain low‑code solutions and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, leveraging Microsoft Graph to automate identity and licensing tasks.
• Configure, deploy and support Windows 11 endpoints, managing modern management tools such as Intune and SCCM for application delivery, compliance and configuration profiles.
• Handle full device lifecycle – provisioning, onboarding, hardware refresh, inventory and ergonomic workstation setup.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, OS hardening, and identity governance through Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Act as Tier‑3 escalation point for EUC and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive), troubleshooting hardware, OS, networking and application issues.
• Monitor service health, contribute to EUC/M365 projects and produce technical documentation and runbooks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in End‑User Computing, Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Support, preferably with Windows 11 environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Power Platform certifications).
• Proven ability to develop Power Apps solutions and production‑ready Power Automate workflows that interact with Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong knowledge of modern management tools (Intune, SCCM) and security best‑practices including OS hardening and device compliance.
