Mobile Shop Assistant – Limerick & Ennis

About the role

Wurth Ireland is seeking a Mobile Shop Assistant to work across its Limerick and Ennis retail outlets. The role involves providing knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable service to customers while supporting sales of a wide range of industrial products.

Key responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with customers through value‑added selling.
• Identify sales opportunities and advise on solutions from an extensive product range.
• Achieve monthly KPIs, including sales and margin targets.
• Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised shop and counter area.
• Ensure stock levels are kept up to date.
• Make telesales calls to new or existing customers.
• Keep the working environment tidy, safe, and security‑conscious.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or sales environments.
• Strong ambition to succeed and meet targets.
• Ability to cover both Limeric​h and Ennis shops for holiday or sickness cover.
• Must have full use of a reliable vehicle for local travel.
