About the role
Wurth Ireland is seeking a Mobile Shop Assistant to work across its Limerick and Ennis retail outlets. The role involves providing knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable service to customers while supporting sales of a wide range of industrial products.
Key responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with customers through value‑added selling.
- Identify sales opportunities and advise on solutions from an extensive product range.
- Achieve monthly KPIs, including sales and margin targets.
- Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised shop and counter area.
- Ensure stock levels are kept up to date.
- Make telesales calls to new or existing customers.
- Keep the working environment tidy, safe, and security‑conscious.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail or sales environments.
- Strong ambition to succeed and meet targets.
- Ability to cover both Limerich and Ennis shops for holiday or sickness cover.
- Must have full use of a reliable vehicle for local travel.
