Motor Vehicle Technician – OTE up to €60k

About the role

MSL Motor Group is seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join its Mercedes‑Benz South Dublin dealership. You will work on a range of Mercedes‑Benz, Skoda, Mazda and BYD vehicles, delivering service to the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on motor vehicles in line with Mercedes‑Benz procedures.
• Maintain exacting workmanship and safety standards on all tasks.
• Participate in high‑voltage system training and apply that knowledge where required.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician.
• Diagnostic certification is an advantage.
• High‑voltage certification or willingness to undertake Mercedes‑Benz HV training.
• Valid, current driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail, flexible approach and good written/oral English.
• Team‑player attitude and passion for automotive work.
