National Account Manager - Away From Home

About the role

Kraft Heinz Ireland is seeking a National Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with key away‑from‑home customers such as Aramark, Burger King, Supermac’s, Wendy’s and local distributors. You will act as the primary business interface, driving growth and profitability across QSR, contract catering, casual dining and manufacturing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day account activities for distributor and key accounts, acting as the main liaison between Kraft Heinz and customers.
• Full P&L ownership, including forecasting, performance reviews and profit optimisation.
• Negotiate contracts from planning through execution, ensuring commercial terms meet business objectives.
• Identify and win new business opportunities, including listing innovation, ESG initiatives and branded activations.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to develop compelling selling materials.
• Lead new‑business development projects and manage cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of account or commercial management experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership of complex challenges.
