About the role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our FMCG food business across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The role combines strategic account management with business development, focusing on major retail and foodservice customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail and foodservice accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with buyers and customers.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across NI and ROI.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, business development or national/key account management.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with retail or foodservice customers in NI and/or ROI.
- Commercially driven, organised and self‑motivated.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across NI/ROI.
- Experience in chilled or frozen food categories is advantageous.
Required skills

- Competitive salary of £55,000 basic (equivalent in EUR for Southern Ireland residents).
- Uncapped bonus with OTE around £65,000.
