National Account Manager – Frozen Food Sector

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead a portfolio of key customers across Ireland’s frozen food market. You will work independently from home, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across existing and new customers in Ireland.
• Build and develop long‑term relationships with wholesale, manufacturing and national accounts.
• Manage pricing, proposals and product positioning within frozen food categories.
• Work cross‑functionally with procurement, logistics and operations teams.
• Identify and deliver growth opportunities across the Irish market.
• Represent the business in customer meetings and throughout your territory.

Required profile

• Experience in the food industry within Ireland.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home‑based role.
• Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis.
• Full driving licence and full rights to work in Ireland.
