National Account Manager – Ireland

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to drive growth of our biscuit portfolio across Ireland. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the retail strategy for both our own‑brand and private‑label businesses, working across grocery, discounters, convenience, impulse and food‑service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Ireland retail business, managing major partners and multiple channels.
• Develop and own annual growth plans with customers, with full P&L responsibility.
• Execute sales plans, win new business, and launch innovative products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade contacts and represent the company at trade events in Ireland and abroad.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams – marketing, supply chain, operations, sales and technical – to ensure seamless execution.
• Report progress and results directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a National Account Manager or similar senior sales role.
• Proven track record of delivering growth and managing P&L for consumer‑goods accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
