New Business Account Executive – French Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated New Business Account Executive to drive customer acquisition for its Business product in the French market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to activation, delivering an excellent experience for new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Outreach prospects across multiple channels with a focus on cold‑calling.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals and diversifying the prospect base.
• Build and manage a pipeline from prospecting through closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and daily usage experience for customers.
• Balance time autonomously between prospecting, closing, and upselling while activating internal resources.
• Use solution‑based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut’s value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and relevant case studies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• At least 1 year of commercial experience, especially outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation.
• Strong written literacy for email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Keen interest in building a career in a high‑performing sales environment.
• Demonstrated determination and accountability in a fast‑paced setting.
