About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing international organisation in Dublin. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the office while supporting business activities across a global team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and facilities in Dublin.
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate international meetings and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, business documentation and organise internal and external meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, service providers and external IT vendors.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain accurate office records.
- Plan and execute company events, client engagements and conferences.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle confidential information.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
