About the role

We are seeking a proactive Office Manager to act as the operational anchor for a 40‑person team in Dublin City Centre. Working in a hybrid model, you will oversee facilities, health & safety, vendor relationships and the day‑to‑day administrative and financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage office premises, maintenance contractors and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for senior management, staff and external vendors.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor contracts and departmental invoicing.
  • Lead and mentor two junior administrators, delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate executive travel, complex scheduling and new‑hire onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate expense records and process disbursements for approval.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and keep corporate filings up to date.
  • Organise internal events and prepare the office for high‑profile client visits.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Proven facilities management experience with solid knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior staff.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
