About the role
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager to act as the operational anchor for a 40‑person team in Dublin City Centre. Working in a hybrid model, you will oversee facilities, health & safety, vendor relationships and the day‑to‑day administrative and financial workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office premises, maintenance contractors and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for senior management, staff and external vendors.
- Oversee procurement, vendor contracts and departmental invoicing.
- Lead and mentor two junior administrators, delegating tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate executive travel, complex scheduling and new‑hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate expense records and process disbursements for approval.
- Prepare reports, presentations and keep corporate filings up to date.
- Organise internal events and prepare the office for high‑profile client visits.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Proven facilities management experience with solid knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
