About the role
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our office in Ireland. The role combines facilities management, health and safety compliance, financial administration and HR support to ensure a smooth, safe and productive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office operations and facilities, acting as the main contact for building management, landlords and external service providers.
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, equipment and negotiate contracts to achieve cost‑effectiveness.
- Coordinate mail, couriers and meeting‑room bookings.
- Ensure compliance with Irish Health and Safety Authority regulations, maintain the Safety Statement, conduct risk assessments and act as the Fire Safety Officer.
- Handle first‑aid provisions and keep statutory records up to date.
- Administer petty cash, process expense claims and support basic bookkeeping for utilities.
- Assist leadership with travel arrangements, diary management and event coordination.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, desk set‑up, IT equipment provisioning and organising team events.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or facilities administration, preferably in an Irish workplace.
- Full, unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
- Familiarity with Irish health‑and‑safety regulations and office compliance.
- Strong problem‑solving ability, multitasking skills and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
