About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised Office Manager & Personal Assistant to cover maternity leave for our CEO. Based in either Dublin or London, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while providing top‑level executive support in a fast‑moving, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation and expense handling.
- Organise board meetings, travel, accommodation and catering logistics on a quarterly basis.
- Manage the company’s global travel system and maintain relationships with preferred providers.
- Oversee office facilities, liaise with building management, and coordinate vendor contracts for cleaning, catering, and maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, leadership, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Required profile
- Proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, international setting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience supporting senior executives, preferably at a CEO level.
