Online Fulfilment Assistant

About the role

Join Boots' in‑store team supporting the Boots.ie online fulfilment operation. You will pick, pack and dispatch customer orders while helping manage stock and deliveries within a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders to a high standard using a handheld device.
• Locate required goods across the store’s picking areas and use POD equipment safely.
• Obtain and verify information needed for order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Comply with Boots policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Support wider store operational activities, including stock room management and deliveries.

Required profile

• Willingness to undergo full training for the role.
• Understanding of an online pick/pack operation and enjoyment of working at pace.
• Problem‑solving mindset and collaborative team attitude.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using handheld mobile devices.
• Passion for delivering great customer care, even when working behind the scenes.
• Flexible approach to working hours and patterns.
