Operations & Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Construction Supervisor to support day‑to‑day activities across multiple sites. The role combines strong organisational abilities with hands‑on construction knowledge to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise several maintenance teams across different locations.
• Provide on‑site guidance and practical problem‑solving support.
• Ensure all works meet quality standards and health & safety procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with site teams and clients.
• Order materials, manage logistics and support supply chain activities.
• Prepare reports, handle general administration and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor progress, identify issues or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Support the daily operations of the business and liaise between office, site teams and clients.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, building or maintenance environments.
• Proven ability to supervise or manage teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to make decisions, manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
