Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead – up to £115,000 + Bonus – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead to own the reporting strategy and delivery for a large‑scale Oracle Fusion transformation. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Belfast and offers the chance to shape reporting across HCM, Payroll, ERP and SCM modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a reporting team across onshore and offshore delivery functions.
• Define and implement the Oracle Fusion reporting strategy for HCM, Payroll, ERP and SCM.
• Map existing reporting catalogues to Fusion capabilities and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Design scalable reporting solutions using Oracle reporting and analytics technologies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for reporting‑related issues.
• Establish governance standards and promote best practices.
• Provide regular updates to programme leadership and manage risks and dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
