Order to Cash Manager – Head of Billing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Manager to lead our end‑to‑end billing function and drive a new Workday implementation. Based at our Dublin headquarters with strong remote flexibility, you will own the entire O2C process, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and efficient cash flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional lead for the Workday O2C implementation, translating business needs into system design.
• Convert manual workflows into automated processes to boost efficiency, reporting accuracy and legal compliance.
• Oversee seamless, timely invoice distribution and revenue recognition across all business lines.
• Provide analytics on cash‑flow forecasts, aging debt and factoring facility utilization.
• Manage collections, credit risk assessments and relationships with new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Proven O2C/Accounts Receivable management experience, preferably in a multinational, fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through system transitions and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project‑management mindset with analytical focus on process optimisation and regulatory compliance.
