About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic OTC Sales Assistant to join our Dundrum Town Centre Pharmacy in Dublin. This permanent part-time position (30 hours per week) involves helping customers find over-the-counter products and delivering a high level of service in a community-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales by promoting and linking OTC products.
- Advise and assist customers with all store products, putting patients first.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage actively with shoppers.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Perform till duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring point-of-sale accuracy.
Required profile
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week on-site.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
