OTC Sales Assistant – Dundrum Town Centre

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic OTC Sales Assistant to join our Dundrum Town Centre Pharmacy in Dublin. This permanent part-time position (30 hours per week) involves helping customers find over-the-counter products and delivering a high level of service in a community-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting and linking OTC products.
• Advise and assist customers with all store products, putting patients first.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage actively with shoppers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Perform till duties accurately and efficiently, ensuring point-of-sale accuracy.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work 30 hours per week on-site.
