Outbound Telesales Representative – Full‑time (South Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Representative to join our growing team in South Dublin. You will play a key part in expanding our customer base for personal protective equipment and safety solutions, working in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify sales opportunities through outbound calls and targeted outreach.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Utilise outbound call systems, AI tools and CRM platforms to manage leads and track performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in sales or a related field with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑starter with high energy, motivation and a passion for growth.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Residency in Ireland and fluency in English.

What we offer

• Basic salary between €36,000 and €42,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) expected to exceed €50,000.
