Package Loader (Pre-Load)

About the role

UPS is seeking a reliable individual to join its warehouse team as a Package Loader (Pre-Load). In this fast‑paced environment you will handle the loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking of packages, helping keep the delivery network moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
• Perform shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting and stocking tasks.
• Operate heavy machinery when required to move packages safely.
• Follow UPS package‑handling methods and safety procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned in a high‑volume setting.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) regularly.
• Capability to read and memorize postal codes.
• Flexibility to work varied shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Heavy machinery operation (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
