Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Aviation Leasing (Dublin)

About the role

This position is a hands‑on role within a busy, specialist legal team that supports complex aircraft leasing and financing transactions on a global scale. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will manage documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle and act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare corporate authorities, board resolutions and related transaction documentation.
• Coordinate and manage execution processes for end‑to‑end aircraft leasing and finance transactions.
• Track and manage legal documentation through to transaction close.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support account openings and closing deliverables across a pipeline of live transactions.
• Assist with broader corporate legal support and contribute to special projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a large law firm or established in‑house team.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial contracts, documentation management or document review.
• Aviation, asset finance or financial services experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong organisational ability with a sharp eye for detail in high‑volume documentation.
• Confident communicator comfortable managing competing priorities in a transactional environment.
