Part‑time Accommodation Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented individual to join our hotel team on a part‑time basis as an Accommodation Assistant. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and presented to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and keep supplies stocked.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist guests with inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping or similar hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
