Accommodation Assistant

About the role

The Fitzwilton Hotel is seeking two Accommodation Assistants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service in a fast‑paced boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, across all accommodation areas.
• Inspect and clean guest rooms and public areas according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow directions from the accommodation management team and support new ideas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the department.
• Plan, organise and control daily workload of accommodation assistants.
• Attend meetings and briefings as requested by management.

Required profile

• Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Available to work flexible days and hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
