Patient Journey Partner – 1 Year Fixed-Term Role

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is a field‑based, customer‑facing position that supports the delivery of better outcomes for patients, their communities and Roche’s therapeutic areas across Ireland. Reporting locally, the PJP acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in the patient journey, helping to co‑create solutions that generate a “Triple Win” for patients, the ecosystem and Roche.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the field‑based realisation of disease‑area outcomes, applying a Triple Win approach.
• Lead promotional engagement activities and collect insights to inform therapeutic‑area strategies.
• Act as a system thinker, overseeing the complete patient journey and identifying shared purpose among stakeholders.
• Build trusted partnerships with external and internal stakeholders, co‑creating compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with other Patient Journey Partners and leverage local network expertise to accelerate outcome transformation.
• Liaise closely with healthcare professionals, patient organisations and Roche teams to sustain and expand impact.
