Payroll Support Specialist

About the role

Snow Cloud Technology is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to join its Sandyford office. The role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working with payroll software.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with payroll‑related queries and software functionality via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot software issues, configurations, and integrations.
• Escalate complex issues where required and manage them through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.
• Deliver customer training sessions and webinars when required.

Required profile

• IPASS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with Irish payroll and payroll legislation.
• Hands‑on experience with Quantum Payroll.
• Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
