Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join our Allcare Pharmacy team in Coolock. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, providing expert advice on all product ranges, ensuring safe dispensing of over‑the‑counter medicines, and supporting the overall operation of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and health advice to customers, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain stock control, including rotation, ordering, and ensuring correct delivery details.
• Deliver professional, efficient customer service and build strong relationships with pharmacy patrons.
• Assist in all areas of pharmacy operations, adapting to the needs of the team.
• Follow security, cash handling, and health‑and‑safety procedures at all times.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy, and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Participate in training programmes and proactively develop your role.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to follow pharmacy guidelines and maintain professional relationships with colleagues.
• Flexibility to assist across all pharmacy functions as directed by the Managing Pharmacist.
