Planning, Scheduling & Systems Manager

About the role

The Planning, Scheduling & Systems Manager leads the development, coordination and continuous improvement of site‑wide planning and scheduling processes. This role oversees the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and integrates maintenance, turnarounds and capital projects into a unified execution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Maintenance, Project Execution and Turnaround teams to optimise the use of Oracle for planning, scheduling and execution of site work.
• Maintain the CMMS, ensuring all assets are correctly defined, preventive maintenance routines are created, and work activities are properly planned.
• Develop, monitor and report performance metrics for maintenance and project execution effectiveness.
• Manage the Primavera P6 scheduling database, transferring work orders from Oracle, linking and sequencing activities, and maintaining short‑ and long‑term integrated schedules.
• Consolidate contractor schedules, provide schedule performance reporting and support resource loading across all disciplines.
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance management processes and support Project Managers in scope‑of‑work development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and CMMS administration within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and ability to promote compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
