Polish Speaking Legal Executive – Personal Injury Litigation

About the role

This position is with a progressive Dublin law firm that specialises in personal injury and medical negligence litigation. The firm is looking for a bilingual Polish‑English Legal Executive to support solicitors in managing a diverse caseload and delivering client‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with daily case management across a wide range of personal injury matters.
• Handle inbound calls from clients, third parties and other stakeholders.
• Prepare briefs for hearings and engross pleadings.
• Liaise with barristers to confirm hearing dates.
• Schedule settlement and consultation meetings.
• Manage digital dictation and ensure accurate transcription.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Law degree (highly desirable) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong customer‑first attitude and proactive mindset.
