Product Analyst – Data‑Driven Role (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst (Muslima) to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first team that powers large‑scale social discovery platforms used by millions worldwide. In this role you will turn raw data into actionable insights, design and evaluate experiments, and help shape product strategy to boost user engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor core product metrics, detect anomalies and early performance signals.
• Design, validate and analyse A/B tests with statistical rigor.
• Generate and prioritise data‑driven product hypotheses.
• Explore large datasets to uncover growth opportunities and hidden relationships.
• Calculate and track unit economics such as LTV, CAC and ARPU across cohorts.
• Build forecasting and impact models for new features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to support experimentation and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of probability theory and applied statistical methods.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools and independent, proactive work style.
