Product Implementation Consultant (6‑month contract)

About the role

Amundi Technology is seeking a Product Implementation Consultant to lead international deployments of corporate IT tools. The role is contract‑based for six months and involves working across multiple countries and business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct country needs assessments and validate business cases for each tool deployment.
• Execute end‑to‑end deployment projects, including planning, configuration, UAT coordination, training and go‑live.
• Apply the GATES assessment framework to evaluate product readiness.
• Coordinate with R&D teams to prepare deployment packages and runbooks.
• Facilitate project committee meetings and produce regular status reports.
• Manage stakeholder communications across countries, business sponsors and IT teams.
• Ensure smooth handover to support teams with documentation and training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment methods and frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis or IT project management.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP) or internally developed tools.
• Experience coordinating deployments across multiple countries and time zones.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Technical implementation of platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM and Oracle Financials (beneficial).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted agents and deployment runbooks.
• Understanding of project management frameworks (PMP, Prince2 or similar).
