Production Administrator (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Production Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support the Production Department. You will work closely with the production leadership team to drive operational efficiency, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support production leadership in achieving best‑in‑class operational efficiency.
• Lead vendor management, documentation control, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operation of the One Vault system and ensure all logbooks are current.
• Set up and maintain training files and a training record matrix for production personnel.
• Produce weekly metrics to support Target Zero initiatives on SOPs and ILT.
• Purchase consumable materials and raise purchase orders as needed.
• Assist operations staff with document updates in One Vault.
• Contribute to AbbVie’s operational excellence and digital transformation by using AI tools and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using the One Vault document management system.
