Production Operator – 3‑Shift Rotating Cycle

About the role

Join a dynamic team within the Production and Manufacturing function at Chanelle Pharma. You will work on‑site at our Loughrea facility, operating under a three‑week rotating shift pattern to help deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and pack products in line with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Perform IPC (In‑Process Control) checks as defined in company procedures.
• Maintain and adjust machines/equipment, ensuring they operate correctly.
• Clean machines and work areas according to SOPs.
• Support training activities when needed.
• Meet production targets for your work centre.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical (FDA/HPRA) or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GMP and GDP requirements.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate and demonstrate company values.
• Self‑starter with strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and basic people‑management abilities.
