Production Operator

About the role

Join PSC Biotech’s Integrated Production Team (IPT) as a Production Operator. You will work on a 24/7 shift schedule, supporting the manufacture and reliable supply of biotech and pharmaceutical products at client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment using MES, DCS and PLC systems to achieve target outputs and maximum uptime.
• Perform clean‑room cleaning, housekeeping and materials management while applying Lean principles.
• Track equipment flow, manage labeling, inventory and expiry of sterile tools using Kanban and automated MES.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment where qualified.
• Develop and update operational procedures and training materials.
• Participate in investigations, change‑control activities, Kaizen events and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Ability to work rotating shifts and follow strict safety and compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
