Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to work the Monday‑Wednesday night shift (7 pm – 7 am) at PCI Pharma Services. The role is critical to delivering high‑quality biopharma products in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). You will work closely with supervisors, QA and packaging teams to ensure smooth batch production.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all product conforms to approved specifications.
• Book and document all materials required for each batch according to packaging instructions.
• Carry out sampling tests and visual inspections at required frequencies.
• Liaise with QA for area/line clearances and resolve quality issues.
• Collect QC samples as defined in batch packaging records.
• Maintain operating, quality, cleaning and safety procedures on the production floor.
• Report deviations promptly to the immediate supervisor.
• Monitor yields versus goals and implement corrective actions.
• Address machine downtime quickly and keep logs up to date.
• Complete batch packaging records accurately and on time.
• Record quantities of good and rejected product.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and complete cleaning logbooks.
• Follow safe work practices and report defects to Safety Officer or Packaging Manager.
• Adapt to shift‑pattern changes on short notice and support technical projects as required.

• Fluent English communication skills.
