Production Operator – Level 1

About the role

Join PCI Pharma Services as a Production Operator Level 1, supporting the manufacturing of life‑changing therapies. You will work on the packaging line, ensuring products meet specifications and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all product conforms to approved specifications and perform visual inspections at required frequencies.
• Complete in‑process quality checks and document them accurately, including collection of QC samples per batch packaging record.
• Follow operating, quality, machine cleaning and safety procedures; report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Record quantities of good and reject units, and assist with reconciliation of packaging components at the end of each run.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, update cleaning logbooks, LUMAC logs and other production‑floor logs.
• Prioritise activities to maximise equipment efficiency and collaborate positively with team leaders, engineers and supervisors.
• Follow safe work practices and report defects immediately to the Safety Officer or Packaging Manager.

• Ability to achieve competency through the defined training plan and to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
