Production Team Lead (2-Cycle Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Lead to oversee one or more production areas during a 2‑cycle shift. You will ensure smooth operations, meet daily output targets, and maintain high quality standards while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Guide production teams to achieve daily production and quality goals.
• Monitor and update production records and performance metrics.
• Lead shift meetings, provide feedback, and drive process improvements.
• Train and develop team members on best practices and safety.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to resolve issues quickly and keep equipment running efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a high‑volume manufacturing or repair environment.
• Proven ability to manage people and implement improvements.
• Strong understanding of LEAN methodologies such as Kaizen or TPM.
• Education in supervisory management (certificate, diploma, degree, or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to work 2‑cycle shifts.
