Program Manager

About the role

Moog Ireland is looking for a Program Manager to lead new product development and support activities across multiple functions. You will act as the customer advocate, ensuring that Moog meets the needs of its key customers and delivers high‑quality, on‑time solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Moog Ireland’s key customers and act as their advocate.
• Coordinate design groups locally and remotely to drive collaborative development.
• Lead new product introduction, production preparation, and lifecycle planning, including obsolescence and after‑market support.
• Monitor program cost, schedule, and KPIs, communicating status changes and corrective actions.
• Integrate activities across finance, operations, and other site functions to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide clear communication of program status to the wider Moog community.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in electronics, project management, and program leadership.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of production processes within an electronics facility and product development cycles.
• Additional business or management training is an advantage.
